If you ordered and received a ring from us in the wrong size we will make you a brand new ring in the correct size FREE, but you'll have to pay for shipping.

PLEASE NOTE: We reserve the right to VOID this policy for any reason that we believe is abuse of this policy. This policy is meant to help our buyers that made an unintentional mistake with their ring size.

IF YOU ORDERED A RING SET WITH MORE THAN 1 RING IN THE WRONG SIZE:

We will make you new rings in the correct sizes. However, the first ring is FREE, all subsequent rings are FULL LISTING PRICE.

The very best way to avoid any additional costs is to get your finger professionally measured for size before placing an order.
